Yes. You can trade-in any eligible eBike with your purchase of any of the new Mercedes-AMG F1 bike available on www.nplusbikes.com

It's easy.
1. Make sure your ebike is an eligible model and in good mechanical working order
2. Purchase your new Mercedes eBike now and your $1,300 trade-in discount will be deducted upon checkout.
3. Once you receive your new Mercedes eBike, you will have 7 days to return your old eBike to us (using the provided return label)

This offer is valid only for Eligible eBike trade-in’s, which are listed below. If your ebike model is not listed, please reach out to our team for confirmation customercare@nplusbikes.com

Yes, if it is in a good working order, where scratches and imperfections are acceptable.​

The Trade-in offer is for a fixed amount of $1,300 for any Eligible eBike. This is designed to give you comfort and certainty on the trade-in value you will receive. We will not be conducting a valuation and/or proposing a revised figure to you.

You can purchase your new Mercedes eBike now, your $1,300 trade-in discount will be deducted upon checkout. Your trade-in eBike will be only required to be shipped to us upon delivery of your new Mercedes bike (standard delivery timeframes apply - see product page for detail)

You can continue riding your current bike up until delivery of your new Mercedes-AMG F1 bike

You can only trade in one ebike for one new Mercedes-AMG F1 bike. If you would like to trade in multiple ebike, you can do so by purchasing multiple Mercedes bikes in separate orders.

Simply pack your old eBike into the box received with your new bike (or any other appropriate box), and attach the return label. If you have any problems with this, simply notify us at customercare@nplusbikes.com and we will assist you.

Battery, battery charger and at least 1 key (if applicable). Remove passcode on the bike (if applicable)

3.If you are not sure of either of the above, please contact our customer service team on customercare@nplusbikes.com and they will assist you in determining if your bike is an Eligible eBike.

Within 7 days of receiving the return label

Standard 24h cancellation policy applies, if your order has already shipped please follow our returns process.

We will cover the transportation cost. We will provide you with a Return Label to stick to the box and this will cover courier delivery fees back to us.

By participating in Mercedes Trade-In Program you agree to Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions for all terms.

You have a few options here:

1.You can re-use the box that your new eBike arrived in. Once you have assembled your new eBike, you will need to follow a similar process (but in reverse) to pack your existing eBike into the box. This will like include adjusting the handlebars and removing one wheel. You can then use some of the packaging materials to support your ebike in the box.

2.Pack it back into the box your existing eBike originally arrived in if you still have it.

3.Take it to a bike shop and ask them to pack it for you. They do this all the time and will likely have spare boxes. There will be a small charge for this.
